The software needs enterprise level equipment to be reliable for production, but this is to be expected if you are setting up this software for business critical shipping.

Software allows for excellent package shipping and receiving ability. Package scanned or recipient name entered results in email notification to the recipient. This software has greatly streamlined our process. Customer service has been very helpful.

Always very responsive and understanding of our needs, they are creative in finding solutions and their team knows the product extremely well. The Transtream rate shop function has allowed us to realize substantial savings in our parcel spend.

Some of the engineers are great to work with on custom projects, so that earns some credit. When everything is working, it works very well. However, the support for issues is slacking a lot. The turnaround for problem tickets can take up to 2 weeks for a resolution. Communication in between that time is non-existent. If you are having an issue on a lower test environment, you can forget it. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to the SDLC of your business. I understand production issues take a front seat, but we are usually testing items that are needed to fix an issue in production. That should be taken into consideration.
